Leading the site to ensure that the entire Quality DMS plan is relevant and active in driving the Zero Quality Defect Culture;
Serving as the subject matter expert for the Quality Engineering methods, tools and procedures;
Providing direct leadership for quality and operations associates across all shifts through strong floor presence;
Providing technical expertise to the Manufacturing Operation by identifying program and process variation and implementing corrective and preventative actions;
Leading, managing and developing the staff and QE Team to proactively establish and improve standards for manufacturing practices and methods;
Facilitating discussions and planning with other departments to further support the Quality DMS plan.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Chemical Engineering, Engineering or technical Science with focus on applied statistics desired; Masters degree preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience in quality, manufacturing or CI roles;
2
years of experience in quality leadership within plant manufacturing;
Food processing and packaging systems experience;
Quality Engineering experience and CQE required;
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, SPC, DOEs and Reliability;
Strong knowledge of statistical software packages strongly preferred;
Chemistry of Cleaning knowledge;
HACCP, GFSI, CQM, CQA, CHA, CRE certifications, etc., preferred;
Quality Pillar knowledge and experience strongly preferred;
Project Management methodologies experience preferred;
Hands on leadership experience in problem solving and process improvement strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
