Position Summary
Office 365 Virtualization Exchange Engineer
The Cloud Exchange Engineer is responsible for the 24/7 support and maintenance of all components within the outsourced IT environment. This Engineer will install and maintain all hardware and software for all servers; administer multiple Microsoft Active Directory environments. Manage email users/groups within Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, administer group security and share privileges, and interact with users in a technical support role. An ideal candidate will be well organized and detail oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client Server Deployment and Management
oInstall server hardware, operating system software, front-end and back-end server components, and production application services according to defined requirements and data center operations standards.
oDevelop and maintain documentation including server build docs, configuration standards, infrastructure architecture.
oMaintain and administer a large Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 Environments.
oMaintain and administer Microsoft FOPE and BPOS.
oTrack time and tasks in a client facing ticketing system.
oMaintain VMWARE cluster capacity and HA services.
oDevelop and document migration plan for data center relocations for new IT Outsourcing customers.
oWindows Active Directory deployment and management (Machines, Users, OU)
oDNS (Internal and External) Management including MX and SPF records.
oMaintain SSL certificates across servers and load balancing appliances.
oResponds to incidents to avoid system outages or restore availability to meet service level objectives. Performs problem determination, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
oParticipates in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support and maintenance of a 24x7 production environment.
oResponsible for managing projects for hardware/software deployments and modifications involving the production environment.
oDevelops detailed project plans for large projects.
oResponsible for defining specifications for system hardware.
oPerformance & Capacity Management.
oResponsible for gathering relevant data to determine hardware capacity needs and make plans for capacity expansions in a proactive manner.
oResponsible for development and configuration practices that ensure a high level of performance and optimize capacity utilization.
oProvides requirements to the systems monitoring group for metrics, alerts and escalations.
oServes as a point of escalation for system problems that are escalated by customer.
oParticipates in the disaster recovery architecture and planning.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
oAt least 6 years of experience supporting an Active Directory and Exchange email environment
oExperience with O365, Federation, Migrations and ActiveSync
oExperience with load balancing appliance such as F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler
oStrong understanding of disaster recovery, backup and restoration procedures
oPowerShell scripting experience.
oExperience with VMWare/ESX, building servers in a virtual environment
oExperience with SAN storage
oExperience in a Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 and 2012
oMCSE, MCITP, or MCTS certification or the demonstration of knowledge and skills that are equivalent
oProficient creating detailed system and network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
oMust possess strong written and verbal communication skills
oMust demonstrate excellent customer services skills and the ability to communicate with individuals of all levels internal and external to the organization
oFlexible to work overtime as required; some overnight work may be required
oAble to sit or stand for extended periods
oAble to stoop and lift material or equipment up to 50 pounds overhead
oBachelor's degree is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
