HR Generalist
LoanMe, Inc. is seeking a well-qualified HR Generalist/Employee Relations! Candidates must be self-motivated, dynamic, trustworthy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Generalist/Employee Relations will be responsible for a wide array of HR related tasks such as working with our existing HRIS, generating Ad-hoc reports for management, and assist with the Onboarding of new hires.
TASKS
Responsible for input of all new hire information and salary information to the HRIS system
Processes salary and classification changes into the HRIS system
Process salary information to existing HRIS
Answers routine employee questions regarding policy and benefits
Facilitate new hire orientation
Serve as the point of contact for employee relations
Coordinate new hire onboarding and responsible for all new employee materials including:
New hire paperwork, I9 verification, and W-4 forms
Prepares and audits new and current employee files
Maintain applicant flow process, and tracking for applicants/resumes/etc.
Reviews, tracks and categorizes incoming resumes and applications
Responsible for processing applicant background checks
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Other job duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong experience working in an HRIS database
Must have strong report writing experience
Experience with administering human resources policies, programs, and practices
Ability to provide sound advice and counsel to a diverse client base on complex and sensitive HR issues
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Must have excellent verbal and writing skills
Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
2 years' experience working as a Human Resources Generalist or HRIS Analyst
Experience with employee relations preferred
Working knowledge of UltiProEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
