Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Metallurgist include working with mill processes and operations.
Qualified candidates should understand the annealing process and be comfortable in a lean,metric driven environment and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Develop and implement tools, strategies and analyses to monitor, control and advance vacuum melting technologies related to nickel Superalloy production.
Provide leadership, direction and support of fellow engineers and manufacturing personnel in a coordinated pursuit of continuous improvement.
Develop advanced processes, alloys and technologies to further SMCs position in the marketplace.
