Job Responsibilities1.
Establishes and fosters correct GMP, good housekeeping and safety habits and maintains a clean and safe workingenvironment to meet or exceed the customers specifications.
2.
Performs quality control checks to ensure the customers' requirements are met.
3.
Attends all required training sessions and weekly team meetings and works to advance team effectiveness to promotean environment conducive to plant growth and success.
4.
Performs mechanical troubleshooting.
5.
Monitors and performs necessary setting adjustments.
6.
Makes adjustments and repairs on the machinery as necessary to keep the process operating at peak efficiency.
7.
Has working knowledge of various products and adheres to customer requirements and specifications.
8.
Function within the ISO Standards and maintain a team environment.
9.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications1.
Team oriented.
2.
Self motivated.
3.
Must have a special blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
4.
Associates Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
5.
Ability to perform statistical analysis.
6.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
7.
Excellent safety, quality and attendance record.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
