Looking for a few drivers in your neck of the woods to run my regional accounts.
MUST HAVE:
Class A CDL. With 6 months experience (48-53' trailers)
Not a lot MVR & Criminals issues
COMPENSATION:
PAY: Fleet average is .48-.52 cents per mile. Average driver makes $1107.00 per week. We offer the We Care Pay Plan. We will pay you a minimum of (guaranteed) $825.00 per week. (wether you run the miles or not). Do the math or call me & we'll do it together
HOME TIME: 48 hours per week, every weekend.
EQUIPMENT: 2013,14 & 15's. 4 to 1 ratio trailers over tractors.
Benefits: BCBS after 60 days. 401k. 6 paid holidays & all drivers are home for these, if you want to be.
IN CLOSING.Do you have guaranteed minimum pay? Do you AVERAGE .48-.52 cpm? Are you home every weekend? And can you say Over 50% of the drivers where I work have been with them for 11
