Boswell Company has an immediate full time open position for an Aseptic Filler Supervisor.
Individual must be able to provide leadership to seasonal staff.
Strong SOP knowledge required, as well as the ability to ensure compliance and develop specifications.
Must ensure all personnel is properly trained and maintain appropriate level of proficiency.
Inspect packaging, troubleshoot inefficiencies, manage scheduling, and provide a safe work environment.
Must have 3 years relevant experience, and strong leadership skills.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
