Licensed Social Worker
Duties and Responsibilities
Baptist Life Communities is seeking a quality Licensed Social Worker to support residents and family members of our long term care facility located in Erlanger, KY.
Duties include; but are not limited to, the following:
Counsel clients with issues relating to: aging services, senior housing, and long term care
Coordinate discharge planning needs.
Act as a patient advocate.
Experienced in long term care
Nature of Work
Duration: Full Time, Regular
Normal Work Shifts: First (Day)
Education:
Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Special Requirements
Applicant must have experience as a Licensed Social Worker in a long term care facility setting
