Slayton Wireless Administrative ClerkGeneral Purpose and ScopeAid in various office procedures and other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information Create and distribute sales reports Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member as required Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company debit card and office keys Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office or other programs Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies Support staff in assigned project?based work Minimum Job Entry Requirements High School Diploma Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel Desired Qualifications Good analytical and problem?solving skills Knowledge of principles and practices of planning, records management and general administration Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
