This position plays an important role in Ashley Furniture HomeStores' future success in meeting our customers' needs and our continued growth.
Description:
Visual merchandising team members contribute to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of a retail location by designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise. As a Visual, responsibilities include executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays on the sales floor. You will also contribute to the profitability of the store with your merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Self-reliant,
o Self-motivated
o Have an ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision
o Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction with great attention to detail
o A strong creative flair and effective problem solving abilities
o Able to push, lift, and carry 30-50 pounds
o Availability to openly travel if need be

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
