Project Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineering Manager for our state-of-the-art Consumer Tissue Product plant in Lock Haven, PA.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responsible and accountable for all procured equipment requirements, equipment technical specifications, vendor qualifications, equipment bid evaluations and coordination of all deliverables with the site project team and operating facility.
Responsible for all Engineering deliverables, including but not limited to design drawings, calculations, safety, process functionality, constructability, value engineering, operability and maintainability of equipment, buildings and operating systems.
Responsible for management of scope, schedule and cost of internal and contracted engineering.
Provides direction, clear expectations and supervision to all direct reports, contract engineering teams and other resources, ensures that all project engineering team members receive clear direction and feedback.
Provides development to FQ engineering resources, through assignment opportunities, feedback and mentoring.
Reports regularly to ownership and FQ management on project status and works closely with the site construction team and production leadership to ensure accurate equipment installation and application.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Advanced degree or equivalent education, training and experience related to engineering or project management.
Project engineering management experience with 10
years of successful experience on major green field or brown field construction projects.
Able to manage multimillion dollar engineering services contracts.
Able to spend extended periods of time in the detailed engineer's home office.
Able to travel outside the USA and communicate effectively with representatives of international service and equipment companies.
Able to manage the results of multiple indirect personnel of diverse disciplines, including engineering, procurement and operations, through influence and persuasion.
Advanced knowledge of paper production equipment and processes; knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, controls and electrical construction requirements; general understanding of building codes, OSHA, and other applicable codes and standards and experience managing professional engineering firms.
Familiarity with project engineering tools and software to monitor and report engineering scope, schedule and cost status.
Deep domain with construction and project management.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
