We are looking for a dynamic person to help recruit clinicians to MedOptions!

We currently provide services to 700
facilities in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Rhode Island and are seeking a full-time Recruiter to help us with substantial growth specifically for New Jersey. This is an attractive position for a dynamic individual who can work independently at home.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists and licensed clinical social workers
Coordinate interviews between clinician candidates and Regional Managers, coordinate shadowing, discuss compensation with clinicians, facilitate receipt of application and references, and make offers as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:

BA/BS degree
At least 2 years prior physician or nurse practitioner recruiting experience
Prior high volume recruiting experience
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prior experience using social media for recruitment purposes
Must have geographic knowledge of New Jersey and understand the commute time for clinicians

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
