Engineering Manager
Engineering ManagerWe are in search of an Engineering Manager for one of our clients here in North Carolina.
The company is a rapidly growing automotive aftermarket provider.
The Engineering Manager will provide daily engineering support to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Supervises and directs all engineering staff and projects.
Supervises and directs all maintenance staff through the Maintenance Manager.
Inspects equipment to ensure proper operating procedures are being followed.
Implements/Maintains all environmental regulations.
Directs maintenance staff to ensure all equipment is maintained and running properly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required Experience with glass or ceramics manufacturing or similar 5-10 years manufacturing engineering experience Experience with supervising a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel less than 5%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
