Excelsis Talent, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Contract Sales/Services Recruiter with proven success in sourcing and recruiting A-players. Working with our client, the Contract Sales/Services Recruiter, will be responsible for finding full time who bring an experience for a great client that has immediate needs to fill. This role is a sourcing role, although may have some full-cycle responsibilities. The person for this role will be creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows him/her to work with the hiring managers to help them identify their needs, generate candidate pipeline and ensure a strong interview process execution.
From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our end clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates.
Our client has an immediate need to bring on a contract recruiter, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. The role is based in either Minneapolis (Eden Prairie), MN or Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities:
As a Contract Sales/Services Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
o Source candidates for requisitions for the sales/services groups
o Recruit, interview and match highly skilled sales/services professionals to clients' creative needs using databases, job boards, social networking and portfolio sites, etc.
o Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process.
o Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting status regularly
o Partner with our leaders to implement and execute effective sourcing programs and strategies
o Responsible for solidifying the client's brand and presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking groups, trade association events, local user meet-ups, alliance meetings and events that are relevant to the sales communities
o Implement best recruiting practices and creative strategies to source and recruit top talent
o Effectively & professionally engage with prospective candidates and hiring managers to meet the needs of the business.
o Evaluate candidates fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
o Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
o Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures as applicable
o Act as the Equal Employment Officer to ensure the company attracts, employs and maintains hiring practices for a diverse workforce.
Qualifications:
o Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
o Minimum 7
years experience in one or more of the following practice areas is required: sales recruitment, account manager recruitment, software sales and services recruitment
o Must be well versed in sales and services recruiting best practices.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
