FSR, is recruiting for a Director, Pharmaceutical Data Management. The position will be based in Raritan, New Jersey.

This role will have global responsibility to lead, from a master data perspective, strategic initiatives that will shape and deliver capabilities Supply Chain. This position will also have global responsibility to maintain and appropriately improve existing master data functions while the longer term strategic initiatives are in process. In order to achieve these objectives, the candidate will be required to collaborate and influence global teams of Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leaders. Has responsibility to lead a global team of 12
associates located in, but not limited to, United States, Belgium, and Italy. This position is expected to work across the Pharma sector in a global working environment across the Pharma SAP platforms. These include Atlas, Sustain, Europe2, P and A, Solar, and Back to Basics environments.
Specific known objectives are:
Core team master data management leader for the global Advanced Planning and Optimization program. Lead the utilization and improvement of data profiling capabilities in order to increase the transparency and understanding of data. Participate in and improve the effectiveness of existing governance forums to drive the adoption of enterprise master data standards. Define and implement data quality protocols to proactively identify and correct data issues. Routinely assess critical staffing skills and develop remediation plans.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10
years of diverse and progressive leadership experience is required. Experience in complex global SAP/ERP projects delivering results is highly desirable. Experience in Pharmaceutical Health Science, Advanced Planning and Optimization, and Master Data is highly desirable. 'Big Picture' orientation with the ability to deliver at the tactical level. Knowledge of supply chain required; Analytical skills combined with communication including written, oral, and presentation skills required; - Knowledge of Six Sigma process improvement techniques preferred; Strong Technical skills:
SAP ECC required, MS Excel preferred; Technical skills:
SAP MDM, IVM or other meta data management, Data Workflow Tool (i.e., Winshuttle, SAP MDG), SAP Info Steward or other data quality/profiling tools, SharePoint preferred.
Candidate must have strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire global teams to continuously develop while delivering results within budget and time. Demonstrated experience in building capabilities in direct reports and within the organization is required. Ability to influence all level of the organization through Change Management is a requirement.
Domestic and international travel will be required 30% of the time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
