Marketing / Sales / Business Development Director for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lewes, Delaware.
Previous CCRC, LTC, or SNF Marketing experience is a MUST. Must be able to work independently and travel as needed.
We are looking for a Marketing Director to oversee the business development and census growth for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lewes, DE. This position will be responsible for the development of positive relationships, as well as enhance a positive image and reputation of the facility with key referral sources and referral influencers in the medical, professional and general community.
In addition, through marketing initiatives, the Marketing Director will increase referrals and/or recommendations of the facility as the healthcare provider of choice from referral sources and referral influencers in the medical, professional and general community. The Marketing Director will supervise and help facilitate a smooth and user-friendly admissions process that will increase satisfaction from referral sources, residents and their family members. Responsible for driving sales efforts for Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing levels of care.
Again, previous CCRC, LTC, or SNF Marketing and Business Development experience is a MUST.
