Accounting Administrative Manager

Diamond Mountain Distributors is looking for an experienced Accounting/Administrative Manager to lead their Henderson, NV headquarters. This position will be ideal for a professional that welcomes a variety of duties and challenges.
Financial Responsibilities
Coordination and management of all aspects of compensation and payroll.
Management of all bookkeeping processes:
all AP/AR, including soft collections.
Full responsibility for the accounting function, including, but not limited to:
maintenance of all company ledgers, reconciliation of bank statements and recording all company account activity.
Preparation of monthly financial statements in an accurate and complete manner.
Responsible for the calculation and submission of the company's Sales and Use Tax Returns and Modified Business Tax Returns.
Analysis of financial metrics to determine gaps and profit opportunities.
Generation, collection and recording of weekly statistics.
Inventory control and appropriate/timely updates and reconciliation.

Administrative Services
Direct report to the CEO; supervision of a team of (7) employees; coordination, management and monitoring of the mechanisms of the various departments within the company, including administration, warehousing and distribution of goods.
Vendor selection, bid process and purchasing, including the creation of Purchase Orders when necessary.
Implementation of office policies, including the establishment of work schedules.
Creation and maintenance of various reports, including but not limited to spreadsheets and databases.
Create and maintain product SKUs as needed.

Human Resources
Recruitment and hiring of qualified candidates.
Coaching, counseling and administration of disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Conduct employee evaluations.
Coordination of employee training.
Maintenance of confidential employee records.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
