RESPONSIBILTIES
? Companionship and conversation
? Errands, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, etc.
? Personal Care (bathing dressing, grooming, incontinence care, etc).
? Walking and transfer assistance
? Alzheimer's/Dementia care
? Medication reminders
? Meaningful activities
REQUIREMENTS
o Minimum 2 years experience
o Reliable transportation
o Valid driver's license w/ current registration, proof of insurance
o TB test within the last 12 months
o Ability to pass a criminal back ground check
o Clean driving record with no more than 3 points in the last 2 years
