Marketing Outreach Person

We are seeking an outstanding external marketing professional. This person will be responsible to maintain and generate referral source, attend outreach programs, as well as engage in quality external marketing that is designed to build strong referral relationships in the region. This candidate will also strive to increase census through developing solid referral sources for qualified leads. Target markets will include clergy, senior organizations, volunteer associations/groups, philanthropic organizations, educational systems, intergenerational organizations, and medical communities. Territory includes Rockford and Naperville and their surrounding areas. Emphasis will be on being a solution to the needs of the aging population.
The ideal candidate:
Possess strong communication skills
Has experience in a marketing-related position in property management, real estate, or a related discipline
Should also be self-motivated and driven to deliver on goals.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, PC and organizational skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
