Shipping And Receiving Clerk

We are in need of a forklift driver for our Shipping/Receiving Department. The pay is 13-15/hr depending on experience. We are looking for someone with previous shipping/receiving experience in a fast paced warehouse environment. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills. Forklift Experience a Plus. Must have flexible hours, Monday through Friday some Saturdays/Sundays as needed, from 10am-6:

Duties:
Provides documentation and tracking assistance of all materials shipped from or received to the plant. Inputs data into various inventory software, in order to maintain accurate records for all shipped and received inventory. Oversees the day to day operations pertaining to the shipping and receiving department. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or company management.
Overall Purpose:
Organize and maintain warehousing and inventory to ensure availability; as well as, timely and accurate distributions of correct parts for customer order fulfillment.
Essential Functions
1. Accounts for discrepancies between bill of lading and actual receipt when placing in computer inventory locations.
2. Receives material into inventory utilizing Company's computerized systems for managing inventory processing.
3. Warehouses material in specific inventory locations in computerized format for future distribution.
4. Coordinates order fulfillment with new cone assembly, new bearing assembly and miscellaneous packaging to schedule parts assembly/packaging.
5. Updates inventory information in the computer system per each requisition and distribution.
6. Prepares bill of lading and customs documentation for all shipments of new bearings and miscellaneous pack orders.
7. Invoices all orders after shipping.
8. Acquires data from customer orders set and enters SAR to obtain the bill of materials and enters special packaging instructions to the bill of materials, prints labels for each order and distributes all to Plant Manager for fulfillment.
9. Generates LPWs and XLPW bar code stickers for placement on products to be shipped.
10. Generates bimonthly orders shipped report and distributes.
11. Ensures accuracy of customer service representative releases and initiates actions to achieve corrected orders from the representatives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
