Information Technology Support - Manufacturing - Network - Desktop

This position is exposed to a wide range of technology issues, all mission critical in today's manufacturing and distribution environment, supporting a large-scale product distribution center located in Charleston, Tennessee, with a large ERP project on the horizon.
The successful candidate will enjoy a challenging environment and the learning opportunities it provides. This is NOT a position for a PC hardware technician. This position supports all the Information Technology tools used in a large scale manufacturing environment, both hardware, software, network and connectivity.
Be part of a lean team with world class methodology and standards. This position will require both technical skills and the ability to communicate and manage the expectations of IT customers.
The daily adventure can include RF Network support, local routers & switches, file / print, longer term IT projects, RF Scanners, barcoding software, printers, primary workflow application support, all local software including MS Office productivity tools, etc.
Four year degree preferred, will consider applicants with some college coursework completed. Manufacturing experience preferred, MS Office 2010, Windows 7, Server 2008 / 2012, understanding of domain network environments, some scripting / programming experience a plus, PLC experience a plus, CCNA a strong plus, MCITP desired, ERP experience a plus.
