The entry-level position of Production Worker in our mills offers an opportunity for you to join a group that embraces innovation, growth, and continuous improvement while safely producing quality lumber products. Our production workers play a vital role in maintaining the location's operations by sweeping, shoveling, pulling lumber chain, packaging lumber for shipment, applying barcodes and more.
The Production Worker position is often the first step in learning new skills or applying your experience and knowledge to the sawmill setting. The Porduction Worker position prepares you to move into other positions or departments, including forklift and machinery operator roles, maintenance or skilled trades such as saw filing and grading.
Your accountabilities
Be able to do repetitive work for a minimum of 10 hours per day.
Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility.
Keep up with the current flow of production.
Be able and willing to learn new positions in a short period of time.
Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.
Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
If necessary, print shipping tickets from computer.
Your qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Have the legal right to work in the United States.
Available for all shifts including weekend work.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and move equipment as needed
Basic computer skills required.
Team player and highly self-motivated individual.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but NOT required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
