Solutions Engineer II (Web / Solution Developer)
We have an immediate opening for this key role in our Professional Services group. As a Solutions Engineer II (Web / Solution Developer), you will perform a number of roles in the implementation of ScerIS solutions that are primarily focused on creating electronic user interfaces in our WPM product (http://www.sceris.com/wpm-software/) for our clients. You will work with our clients to understand their business requirements and then work to develop the interfaces to support those needs. The interfaces leverage industry-standard web design tools as well as ScerIS-designed custom components.
Key Responsibilities
Assists with identification and documentation of business and technical needs and objectives to assist clients in moving from paper based solutions to electronic form based solution.
Design, develop and support user interfaces / electronic forms that manage information and workflow processes via browser based interfaces, both on personal computer and mobile devices.
Provide live and remote (web-based) training to technical and non-technical audiences.
Author and maintain configurationprojectcustomizedtraining documentation.
Install and configure different ScerIS software products and databases.
Provide technical support for users of our solutions, test of new versions of our software.
Experience Required
Experience with web development using Visual Studio.
Designing web pages and scripts that work consistently across multiple platforms.
Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery (able to independently write complex client side code.)
Understanding of IIS and managing web applications.
Demonstrable ability to design clean and functional web pages user interfaces.
Using data from outside sources (SQL Server, ODBC, Third Party Host Systems) in web applications
Experience Desired
Any experience profiling .NETWeb application performance
Knowledge of Windows Server 200320082012
