, is currently seeking a Forklift Driver / Bale Breaker at their Dundee,MI location.
This individual will be responsible for material handling, packaging removal of raw materials, manual sortation,general housekeeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
1.
Responsibility and authority as outlined in the Quality Manual, Operational Procedures and all Instruction manuals.
2.
Functions within an ISO/Team environment effectively.
3.
Loads raw materials in dumper or on bale conveying table.
4.
Operates materials dumper or bale conveyor opening bales.
5.
Moves and empties waste hoppers.
6.
Assists in packaging of semi and finished goods.
7.
Delivers finished goods and semi-finished good to lines or warehouse.
8.
Helps with manual sortation of plastic bottle stream.
9.
Assists in banding of boxes for transportation.
10.
Grinds reject bottles in appropriate grinding areas.
11.
Observes all local and Company safety polices and procedures as well as housekeeping requirements.
12.
Duties and responsibilities may vary and change due to product specifications.
13.
Miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
Pay rate is $10.
00/hour with the ability to advance.
Skills/QualificationsSKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1.
Proficient reading, computer and math skills as determined by local testing or other verifiable methods.
2.
Manual dexterity as well as good hand/eye coordination as determined during the interviewing processes.
3.
Good inter-personal skills as demonstrated in the context of the interviewing processes and verifiable references.
4.
Must have G.

or high school diploma5.
Must have a valid drivers license to operate forklifts6.
Must pass background check7.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening8.
