Loan Processor
We are currently seeking highly motivated, qualified Mortgage Loan Processors for a Bank in the West Covina area. These positions are for their new Conforming Loan Department and there are several openings. They handle primarily residential loans and Client experience is a must.
Requirements:
Conforming loan experience required.
Comprehension of Client, FHLMC and other investor guidelines.
Mathematical proficiency required.
Creative thinking to find the appropriate or alternative programs for unique situations.
Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows, Encompass or equivalent.)
2 to 4 Years of recent mortgage loan processing experience relative to the responsibilities mentioned above
Bank experience a huge plus
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Effective communication skills
Highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
