International Logistics Analyst

Type: Contract/ 36 Months
Description
Responsible for the import and/or export movement and documentation of complete goods, production materials, and repair parts from domestic sources or overseas sources (Company & Non Company) for local units and/or overseas marketing units, factories and dealers/customers.
Duties:
Prepares export documentation, forwarding and invoicing instructions based upon the customer/partner profile and/or letter of credit to ensure that products are exported in a timely manner with proper documentation to the receiving party and in compliance with all governmental regulations.
Coordinates the import and/or export movement of the goods to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and in the most effective and efficient manner.
Reconciles shipping, packing and consolidation, as well as, product costs to charge the respective units (accounting analysis).
Places and/or expedites orders with outside suppliers based on requirements received from the local unit or international marketing unit and expedites shipments to ensure that material is available on the required due date.
Act as a resource for company logistics groups, unit operations and suppliers as problems, questions and concerns arise regarding logistical processes.

Specific Position Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite
Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
