Retail Sales Associate
Mattress One is expanding and has openings for sales associates and store managers. Mattress One is the Southeast's fastest growing mattress retailer with over 200
locations and growing! We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill opening at our retail stores for sales associates and sales managers.
The Sales Associate/Manager will be responsible for:
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through delivery and should any other issues arise.
Maintain store in a presentable manner, consistent with company standards.
Completing daily reports at the store level and submitting to Regional Manager.
Customer service - any customer service issues that arise in the store
Ideal candidates will:
Be self-driven and eager to grow with the company
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must speak fluent English
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Experience in commissioned sales preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Base pay/commission plus bonuses
Potential of $50,000+/yearEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
