Pultrusion Operator-Day & Night Shifts
Job Functions:
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce quality product according to standard procedures
Perform set up and tear down functions on assigned lines
Inspect finished product against quality expectations and package for shipment
Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safety regulations
Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other employees
Qualifications:
Able to stand and walk for 12 hr shifts
Ability to lift up to 40# frequently
Excellent attendance record and a strong commitment to being at work every scheduled shift
Strong basic math skills, knowledge of measurement, able to read and write work instructions in English
Good teamwork skills and initiative to take action when work needs to be done
