Summary:
The Administration Representative-RN coordinates the daily operations of staff to ensure operational units are running effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
Assumes responsibility for supervision and administrative decision making for the care and coordination of nursing and patient care services during the evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Ensures that hospital policies and procedures are followed.
Participates in patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Education &
Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a hospital environment.
Preferred Qualification: One year of experience working in a nursing team lead or charge nurse role. Five years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting.
Minimum Qualification: Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN).
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN).
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred Qualification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Minimum Qualification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within six months of hire date to position.
Preferred Qualification: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Minimum Qualification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana obtained by hire date to position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
