Provide support to IT Security - Identity Services team.
Work with the SecurID and Directory Services team.

As a contractor supporting IT Security - Identity Services, you will be working with the SecurID and Directory Services team.
A combination of strong written and verbal communications is required for this position.
You will be working directly with customer requests and updates in various internal Raytheon systems such as Remedy and the Visitor Registration System (VRS).
The job will involve following precise process and procedures for the daily monitoring of SecurID immediate connections and Guest accounts.
This will require checking various software systems for employee data.
The environment for this position is team oriented in geographically diverse locations.
The position requires someone who is self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with the team and customers.
Skills/Experience Required
A basic understanding of navigating software applications and excel will be a requirement.
Data Entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use various applications and databases (MS Office, email, web browser, etc.)
Education
Undergraduate degree preferred, but will accept a high school education plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate data entry environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
