Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter immediately. This role is a temp to hire position and pays $20-$25/hr.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Source from traditional (LI, Monster, Indeed, etc.) and non-traditional networks to source candidates for company on a global level
Prior sourcing experience in Engineering, IT, Finance, Product Management.
Be comfortable emailing and calling candidates in all countries we operate in
Candidate sourced will be screened by this person over the phone or Video conferencing
Once screened he/she will be expected to write an assessment and send it to the hiring manager
Schedule interviews (send Meeting appointment to hiring managers)
Inform candidate of interview date/time, etc.
Move candidate through internal applicant tracking system
Input information into our 3rd party background check system. Schedule drug testing appointments.
Update weekly recruiting spreadsheet in excel (Must be proficient in Excel)
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must be able to travel (20%)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
