Receptionist Administrative Assistant
Position Description
This position will provide administrative and reception services for our fast paced, growing office in Westlake OH. Duties include answering and directing inbound phone calls (often in large volumes), data entry, file management, office organization, and record keeping.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer telephones, provide help with routine questions, and forward to the correct extension
Create, enter, and distribute files from sales reps
Welcome visitors and show them to meeting rooms or conference areas and make them feel at home
Provide visitors with Coffee, Water or Tea
Screen and distribute mail
Meter and send outgoing mail
Open and Close main office entrance
Maintain supply closet
Other duties as necessary
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of USPS, FedEx and UPS systems. They must possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to keep up in a fast paced office environment. The selected candidate will possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently. The ability to analyze, prioritize, and follow-through to meet deadlines is a must. College degree preferred but not required for the right candidate.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
