Responsibilities:
Perform Desktop support, working IMAC tickets as well as desktop Win 7 O/S and HP HW issue resolution. Perform desktop refresh consisting of scheduling installation with the user, delivering the PC , copying data from the old device to the new device, setting up user environment for logging on to the NGGN, configuring printing environment, installing sector layer 1 applications and removing old equipment .
Hours given as: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Location: MD - Annapolis 21409.
REQUIRED
Experience:
Top notch candidates only! Candidate must have working knowledge of HP PC hardware, experience with Blackberry, Windows 8 phones and VPN remote access support.
