Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ~ Established Practice!
Spine Care & Pain Management is seeking a PA or NP. This is a part time position and will work in our Dublin, GA clinic.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Orders diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs
Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition and the doctor's plan of treatment
Discusses the case with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan
Submits health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by Physician
Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, psychotherapy, massage therapy, or related therapeutic procedures
Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols
Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
Completes timely and accurate documentation of patient notes after each visit and submits to physician
Complies with departmental protocol and processes, providing feedback to supervisor to identify needs and/or challenges to providing superior service to our patients
Demonstrates flexibility, as well as the ability to work independently
Guides and mentors medical assistants and team members when needed
Uses electronic medical record system to enter and submit patient information, assessments, and plan of treatment
Performs other duties as assigned.
Working with SCPM is much more than a job and our compensation and benefits package is excellent. Includes 401(k) match 4% after 6 months, participation in Medical, Dental, Vision. Paid vacation and paid CME days plus CME stipend and liability insurance paid.
