Edgemark Solutions is currently in search of EXPERIENCED and INSURED property preservation contractors to complete maintenance and landscaping work orders on foreclosed residential properties.
You'll be required to provide photos before, during, and after for each work order (photo documentation). Typical work orders to be completed include: lock changes, debris removal, grass cuts, shrub trimming, roof tarping, general repairs, board-ups, initial services, winterizations etc. Interested applicants must:
Pass a background screening
Be Insured
Have a smartphone or geo-coding camera
