Customer Service Representative
Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Position with opportunity to learn and gain experience in many different aspects of an up and coming ecommerce company.
Primary Responsibilities include: Customer Service via phones and email, processing and packaging orders, running reports and tracking metrics, some project work involving marketing projects and analytics. Although this is an entry level position, we are looking for someone who has management potential who could eventually lead our customer service and order fulfillment departments as the company grows and adds more staff.

Great Attitude and Energy! - A can do attitude is valued above all else. We want to hire for attitude and will train for skills if necessary. This is a small business/start up environment. If you are hired you will have a direct impact on the company from day one!
Willingness to take on many different roles and responsibilities within the company.
Desire to Learn.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in customer service dept.
Helpful but not absolutely necessary:
College Education with Business, Marketing, or Communications background.
Customer Service Experience
Order Fulfillment Experience
Experience with Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ad Center, Microsoft Excel
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $30K - $35K base with the potential for up to $25K additional compensation in performance based bonuses in the first year.
Vacation: 2 weeks (10 Days) paid vacation to start. Company is closed on all Federal Holidays. Employees are granted 1 vacation day for each month of continuous service in their first ten months.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
