We have an exciting Leasing opportunity available in the Birmingham market! LIV Parkside Apartments, located in the Parkside district of downtown Birmingham, is interviewing for a seasoned Leasing Consultant for this Class A, 228 unit community currently under construction and lease up. We are interviewing enthusiastic Leasing Consultants who have superior sales abilities and excellent resident relations skills. We seek candidates with the same values as our own - commitment to customer service, professionalism and the highest level of integrity. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years apartment leasing experience with proven sales record, is enthusiastic and customer service focused. YARDI & Yieldstar experience a plus!
Duties include:
o Leasing apartments through product demonstration
o Supporting the marketing function through accurate recording of data on prospects and new residents
o Taking a proactive role in shopping the competition and marketing
o Contribute to the team effort by being aware of and relaying information regarding the property's general appearance and condition
o Maintain and file own paperwork
o Possess a high level of organization, ability to prioritize, delegate and achieve efficiency
o Superior customer service and resident relations experience
