This professional position provides psychiatric intakes, pharmacological management, treatment direction and treatment plan supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team of case managers, therapists, nurses and program managers. Will entail working in an outpatient setting in four counties (Monongalia, Marion, Preston, and Taylor) and providing Clinical Supervision to Physician Assistant(s), Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. MINIMUM
Qualifications:
o Ability to perform Essential Duties as outlined below. o Current valid license as a Physician in the State of West Virginia. o Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry. o Knowledge of protocol, theories, principals and practices of Psychiatry. o Ability to comply with Client's Rights. o Ability to comply with Valley's and Division departmental safety procedures. o Ability to read, write and speak the English language. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
o One year providing Outpatient Psychiatric Services. o Ability to see adults and children. DUTIES:
o Completes Psychiatric Evaluations on new referrals with diagnostic impressions and recommendations for treatment. o Provides Pharmacological Management of medication regimen and on-going recommendations for treatment of individuals in outpatient program. o Provides orders for Nursing staff/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for the provision of:
o Clozaril Management o Injectables Management o Patient Assistance Program (free or low-cost medications) o Sample medications (when available) o Prior Authorizations with insurance companies o Examines clients, performs evaluations and assessments, and compiles client medical data, including health history and results of physical examinations. o Refers or requests staff to refer individuals to a Primary Care Provider when necessary. o Administers or orders diagnostic tests and interprets tests results for deviation from normal. o Makes determinations for and handles all documentation relating to clients by dictating. o Develops, reviews and implements client care plans along with treatment team to ensure the continuity of care in compliance with Valley's and State guidelines. o Records or directs to have recorded clients' vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption and other information as ordered. o Administers or directs to have administered all medications as ordered. o Instructs and counsels clients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, emotional problems of daily living and health maintenance. o Ensures the timeliness and accuracy of information documented into the clients records. o Participate as a member of the professional interdisciplinary treatment team as client needs dictate. o Conducts trainings as required. o Recommends medical and health procedures. o Complies with standards of practice by supervising the professional and technical activities of other health professionals. o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending medical workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in medical and health societies. o Maintain all agency and/or professional training requirements (MANDT, CPR/First Aid, CEU, etc.). o OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
