Job Description Kelly Services has an immediate need for Primary Care Call Center Staff for prestigious local hospital.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients in a professional and timely manner.
Appropriately transfer patient calls as needed.
Utilize computer software to input clear and concise messages from patients and schedule appointments.
Requires sitting at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
Requires customer service skills, ability to multitask, ability to learn and use computer applications.
Ability to use multi-line phone.
Requirements Must have customer service experience in a call center environment; experience working in a medical office preferred.
