Qualifications:
Effectively acquires, manages and grows profitable account relationships with an extensive percentage of moderately complex and medium sized business customers that have annual gross sales of generally more than $2MM and less than $20MM.
Ensures the overall success & growth of an assigned portfolio by deepening relationships of existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers.
Proactively partners with existing customers in order to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges.
Accurately assesses their financial needs for the purpose of formulating a business plan and delivering an effective variety of financial products and services in order to help the customer succeed financially.
Performs effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral.
Effectively partners with other Bankers and lines of business to deliver the full complement of Wells products and services.
May structure and complete straight forward secured and unsecured business loans.
May provide guidance to Business Relationship Managers.

years of business banking experience or 5
years of sales or credit-related experience.
Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.
The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.
Complex commercial credit underwriting experience.
Risk management experience.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated experience working with customers in a banking or financial environment, such as solving customer problems or assessing customer needs.
Demonstrated experience working with confidential or sensitive information, such as customer data or financial data.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with others, such as clients, customers, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability and desire to interact successfully with customers on a daily basis.
Prior experience working as part of a team.

Commercial credit underwriting.
Mentoring and/or coaching experience.
Minimum 5 years current and/or recent business or commercial banking experience required.
Completion of formal credit training program (or equivalent experience) along with 2-3 years direct commercial credit underwriting experience and risk portfolio management is required.
Long term track record of superior financial sales performance and excellent knowledge of general banking concepts required.
Must be a high energy individual committed to a high level of calling activity.
Ability and strong desire to interact with customers on a daily basis, including strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability and strong desire to be sought out by customers and prospects as a consultative business partner.
Strong customer needs assessment and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be meeting/exceeding current production goals with a strong drive to succeed.
College degree preferred (major in business, accounting or finance related area preferred).
The ideal candidate will have an established network within this market and have experience working within a mid-large sized financial institution.
2-3 years direct commercial credit underwriting experience and risk portfolio.
Strong Business to Business acquisition sales experience, complex portfolio credit skills, successful history of book management, retention, deepening and enhancing portfolio.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
