Description
The qualified candidate in this role will analyze learning needs and requirements for training initiatives. Will work with the manager, curriculum development and subject matter expert to develop education objectives that meet specific learning needs. Design and develop effective training materials based on learning requirements.
Works with the Enterprise Learning team and subject matter expert to develop training objectives that meet specific learning needs.
Designs and develops effective technical and non-technical training solutions based on learning requirements.
Evaluates deployed training materials and programs, if applicable.
Performs continuous review of core education curriculum and makes recommendations for changes.
May facilitate training courses via webinar and/or in-person.
Conducts analysis of completed evaluation data for review with stakeholders.
Assists in the development of surveys for analysis and evaluation.
Performs archiving of completed training materials.
Performs quality writing and editing, ensuring quality work with respect to spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.
Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have advanced PC skills and desktop applications knowledge required. Proficient in publishing instructional media for web and learning management systems
Expert working knowledge of technical and non-technical training media. Authoring tool proficiency:
Articulate Storyline, Captivate or Articulate Suite.
Possess strong background in training design and development.
Must work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with personnel (at all levels) effectively. Communicate concepts, systems, procedures, etc., in a learning environment clearly.
Preferred:
strong facilitation skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
