Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction and agriculture equipment dealer with 11 locations in Upstate New York. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Binghamton, NY location.
Qualified candidate will possess the following:
Three years administrative assistance experience
Open purchase orders and receive
Prepare invoices
Assist with branch phone coverage
Assist sales force with processing of equipment deals
Process bank deposit and run errands for business as required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Monroe Tractor provides its dedicated employees with competitive hourly compensation, bonus and benefits including health, dental, life, LTD and STD insurances, 401k with match and an Employee Stock Ownership plan. Applicant must have clean driving record, able to lift 20 pounds and successfully pass a background and drug test. This is a full time, 40 hour position.
