The CFO and Treasurer is typically responsible for all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions, including financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, credit, controls, risk management, tax, treasury and internal audit,
- Participate as strategic financial partner of executive management team to establish vision and strategy for company and the execution of those strategies. Interact closely and directly with the management team, board of directors and audit committee. Executive Profile.
- Help steer the strategic and operational direction of the business beyond financial management.
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or closely related field.
2. MBA preferred or equivalent work experience
3. Progressively responsible position in the Accounting profession.
4. Familiarity with computer accounting programs.
5. CPA Preferred
6.Management of hospital financial issues related to budgeting, cash management, capital finance, and performance evaluations.
