CNA Home Health - Dayton
Signature Health Services is a home health agency located in Baytown with over 19 years of excellence serving Houston and the surrounding communities. We are currently looking for PRN certified nurses aides in the Liberty/Dayton area. All of our documentation is done online via Kinnser software, allowing for our aides to have minimal amounts of office time.
We are looking for candidates with:
Strong Work Ethic
Active Texas CNA certification
Current Texas Driver License, Auto Insurance, and CPR
Verifiable past employment and references
Previous Home Health experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care
- Provide necessary skills to assist the patient with safe transfers and ambulation per Agency policy.
- Provide necessary skill to appropriately report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care.
- Practice accepted infection control principles.
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
- Provide environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property.
- Provide necessary skill to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.
- Provide skills necessary to perform treatments and procedures according to agency policy.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
