Consulting engagement at a large organization in Healthcare service industry.
Upp is now seeking a Clinical Function Analyst that will evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure requirements and design are completely understood.
Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results and communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization.
Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes.
Provide subject matter expertise in Business Systems Analysis and recommendations in assessing software projects and initiatives to support and enhance systems.
Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups.
Experience:
8
years of experience in IT working with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) /System Development Life Cycle.
At least 5
years of experience in Facets Systems Analysis with 5
years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification.
Must have experience with Medecision.
Experience working in an Agile environment or strong familiarity with Agile methodology.
Knowldge in facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
