Other requirements include:
Licensed professional engineer in Maryland.

years of increasingly responsible project management experience in civil engineering that includes design of residential and commercial land development, institutional and municipal/county government projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project needs and deliver client solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software required.
Engaging verbal/written communication skills and ability to comfortably interact with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
Business development experience with ability to establish/nurture connections with influencers representing our target markets.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
