We are a Landscape & Lawn Maintenance company located in St. Charles, Illinois. Our company began in 1997 with a lawn mower and a vision, To create beautiful places for people to enjoy!! We are looking for someone to help us grow our business even more. This position is for full time employment.
About the Job
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing 3-5 lawn maintenance crews, overseeing small landscape installations, estimating lawn maintenance, managing garage and supplies, installation of fertilization, weeding & trimming, snow plowing, customer service to clients, and providing other assistance as needed. Operate equipment such as commercial lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and snow plow. Provide customer service, answer client questions and give information to clients. Some manual labor is required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing maintenance/landscape crews, commercial pesticide operators license (or pass exam within 2 months of employment), have excellent customer service skills, and a good driving record. The candidate also is detail oriented, self-starter, hard worker, as well as has the ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers and co-workers. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
