Retail Walk In Care Clinic seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in a friendly small town in North-Central Illinois - 1 hour west of Joilet, Illinois!
FNP or PA will get to work in friendly fun environment where they will get to stay busy and build relationships with patients but also get to treat tourists and other people just passing through!
About:
o 40 hour work week. Clinic open: 12 hours shifts Mon-Friday, Saturday 830-5p, Sunday 10a-5p and Holidays 10a-2p. 1 week the FNP or PA will work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun. Then only Wednesday and Thursday the next week. Clinic is open 364 days a year.
o FNP or PA will treat 10-25 patients per day-. Lots of repeat patients, will come in when their PCP/primary care/family practice is booked or closed. Working independent of MD at the clinic. ER / Emergency Care nearby
o Duties include: coughs/colds/flu, poison ivy, no x ray equipment on site, UTI's, no suturing or lacerations, clinic doesn't treat pregnant women.
o MSN/ APRN-Advanced Practice / ARNP / FNP-BC or PA-C, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be working independently in Urgent Care/Retail Clinic but will always have an MD available by phone.
Requirements:
o Not open to new grads
o Must be able to work alone
o Be flexible and provide great service
Compensation:
o $75-87,000 year In salary
o 3-4 weeks paid time off per year -plus 1 week CME time and $2,000

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
