What we are looking for in a qualified candidate for in an RN Progressive Care Unit Manager : We are looking for a qualified candidate who is a transformational hands on leader, experienced with utilizing JCAHO standards. It is preferred you have LEAN experience. You can expect to be on the floor 60-70% of the time rounding with staff focusing on patient experience, accomplishing goals, establishing exceptional service. In this role you will have some budget responsibility.

Number of FTEs (Percentage of RNs): 60%
Average Admissions per day: 7
Average discharges per day: 7
Short Description of the day to day/expectations: The telemetry unit is the designated stroke unit. Primary diagnosis includes but not limited to: cardiac patients, stroke/TIA, sepsis, pneumonia, ETOH, and acute renal failure. All patients are monitored on 24/7 telemetry. The staff is composed of unit secretaries, monitor techs, RN's, and clinical technicians.
Salary depends on experience. Those with a few years experience have earning potential into the six figures. You will also receive annual bonuses. Hours are days with the scheduling varying. Relocation allowance offered. Full comprehensive benefits package.
