Responsibilities:
Participate in weekly content development meetings.
Responsible for ongoing research projects.
Works closely with department executives.
Sits in on pitch meetings.
Give feedback when appropriate.


The intern will be exposed to hands on development experiences. These experiences include strategy meetings, pitches, sizzle cutting, pilot shooting, and many more. The intern will also be spending time intimately with executives and assistants in the department learning what role each person plays in making this a successful division. If possible the intern will also be shown on set to productions that are live. The intern will also be a key part in archiving for the department.

The intern will be on the ground of production. They will see the development process first hand from inception to cell. They will get a 360 lens on what the reality development meeting is really like. They will experience what it's like to sit in on a pitch and watch the development process at its realest form.
